We woke up bright and early this morning for some last minutes cuddles with Livie Babe. She's been pretty miserable all morning since she had to stop oral feeds at midnight. But mama's got the magic touch and I was able to get her to calm down and sleep. We met with the surgeon, anesthesiologist and then wheeled her little bed on down to the OR. And it was horrible. It really sucks knowing that someone else can take care of your baby better than you can. We're looking at about five hours of waiting.

I know at this point she is already off bypass (that is at least the last thing I saw on FB). But just wanted to let you know that we know how that feels and it is horrible! Been praying for you and Livie all day!
