4 Months

We've made it four months!  Hoorah!  What a crazy ride it's been.  Hopefully just a week and a half left  of this roller coaster.  Life after the glenn is supposed to much more mellow.  Maybe then I'll actually get to write these monthly posts entirely about Olivia's regular developmental baby stuff rather than all the crazy medical stuff.
Olivia is definitely slower at developing certain things compared to Ella.  Still, she's not behind the norm (yet) and I am happy with that.  She is such a strong girl and I suspect after her glenn when she gets a little more energy to work with she's going to show us just how amazing she can be.
Until then, she's my mellow babe.  She is still all smiles.  Except when she's not...She's been a little grumpier lately.  That, with drooling, chewing, not eating and some diarrhea...we may have some teething going on.  Then again, we may end up chalking it all up to her needing her glenn.  Stinks not knowing if it's regular baby stuff or heart stuff.  Life will just be a mystery from time to time with this girl.

Liv has discovered her hands and is really enjoying them.  Apparently they taste pretty good.  She's also getting better with her coordination.  She will actually grab at stuff now.
Livie loves her big sister.  When mommy and daddy can't get her to smile, Ella can.  They love watching cartoon's together and playing together and snuggling.
She also loves her blanky.  Just like her big sister.  Her's is a fuzzy blanket with hearts on it and silky edges.  It's rather fitting.  Ella got her blanky from her Aunt Britty and Liv got hers from Aunt Kari.  When she can't settle down she just needs her blanky and binky.  She loves her gum drop binky too.  We got her some more but apparently they're not broken in yet because she prefers her older one.
Liv is also very quiet.  She still doesn't jabber much.  She coos from time to time but prefers to sit and watch.  It's so fun seeing how different she is from Ella.
She may not roll over, sit up, or tolerate tummy time but she'll continue to prove the dr's wrong.  She's such a sweetheart.  However difficult the past four months have been I wouldn't change a thing about them.
