Some Quick Stories

*Ella had been getting up before the sun so we sat down and had a little talk about sleeping while the sun does. After that she did really well! She was sleeping in past sunrise! HOORAY! So one morning I woke up and she hadn't started her usual knocking on the door thing yet so I went in to watch the morning news. While watching I heard her doing something in her room so I poke my head in and she's got her head dangling off the bed and lifting up the blinds so she can look out the window. I asked her what she was doing and it turned out she was looking to see if the sun was awake so she get out of bed. :)
*"Wizoboz?" has been the question the past week. And yes, I know what it means. Her new most favorite movie is Wizard of Oz. She's always liked it but lately that's all she wants to watch. And she gets so into it! Every time Toto gets taken by Miss Gulch, Dorothy gets hit by the window, and any other tramatic things she just about has a heart attack and starts shouting "Mommy! Oh No! Doughthy!" (or Toto, Lion, etc.) She's getting to know the movie well enough that she knows when the "rainbow" part is coming. That would be when it goes from B & W to color. And everytime Dorothy opens that door Ella exclaims "OOooo pi-ey fower!" Meaning pretty flower. And Glinda is a "Pi-ey pincess" I think you can figure that one out. I love watching it with her.
*Ella does NOT like daddy leaving for work each morning so she won't kiss him because according to her if she won't say goodby he won't leave. It has yet to work but she will keep trying.
*Ella just got her first cousin on Andrew's side. She's so excited for "baby mannan" aka Madelyn, to be in the family. She hasn't even gotten that jealous. Just once when I was holding her she got upset and started crying "my mommy!"
