Halloween

I love it! But I kinda slacked on pictures this year. I did take my camera to my family's Halloween party but forgot it for Andrew's family's party. And also forgot it when we went trick-or-treating. Oh well. So all the pictures are from my family's party.

Which was the first one! If you can't tell, Ella was tinkerbell. Andrew and I were nothing. I have been to exhausted to get anything ready for us so we went super uncreative. Ella was so funny. My cousins little girl was Spongebob Squarepants. Ella LOVES "Bobbob shoepass" so Ella followed her around for most of the party. We played out annual Halloween white elephant game ate good food and caught up with my aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Andrew's family's party, I did "dress" up. I just stuck a sign on my belly that said "mother of two" and that's how we announced the pregnancy to his family. We played a musical white elephant game to Monster Mash and ate pizza and home made root beer.

On Halloween Ella and I were Andrewless. Andrew's had a huge job in Price so he's been out of town during the week. We trick-or-treated at Lee's. That got Ella excited for actual trick-or-treating so instead of staying alone all night we headed over to his parents to trick-or-treat in their ward. His parents neighbors aren't close so we drove to each place and Ella would tell Grandma, who went with us, and me "trick-or-Treat" in the car but once to the doors just went straight for the candy without saying a word. She at least said thank you afterwards.

And ever since then she asks for candy for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Once back from trick-or-treating I fried up some doughnuts I had been working on.

The week before Halloween we had fun picking pumpkins and carving them with my cousin and his wife and another couple from our ward. Ella really just wanted to blow out the candles inside of them but it was fun all the same.

Though we missed spending time with Andrew we had fun and are looking forward to next year. Ella will actually get to pick her own costume so it should be interesting...
