Scheduled

Clench your bummy and say "WEEEEEEEEE!" November 2nd, here we come!
Miss Livie's cath has been scheduled. She is actually kinda excited. She was upset yesterday when I didn't pack her jammies for her appointment. She misses being waited on hand and foot. She misses having mommy all to herself. She misses everyone gushing and giving her whatever, whenever. Conveniently, she has forgotten most of the bad stuff.
So, we scheduled for after Halloween just to make sure our little Snow White gets to gorge herself on all her trick-or-treat goodies.
Also, my email to Dr. Pinto has been answered. On the drive home I started getting worried about high heart pressures but she informed me that the pressure in the fontan is caused by pressure in the lungs, not the heart. Dr. Pinto also said her liver isn't that bad. They just want to be proactive. Okay by me! She said the most likely culprit is, big surprise, collateral. Boo! I hate collaterals. A lot.
But, my little miss is happy. Today she was doing particularly well. Ms. Tamara said Livie's energy at school today was the best it has ever been. At home, it was also fantastic. She wanted to ride her scooter and since she was doing well I let her go O2 free and it took a good while to start bluing up and I'm not entirely sure that it wasn't partly because it was cold outside.
So, even though we've scheduled yet another tune-up (seriously, this girl gets more work done than my car) my hero is proving she's totally got this.

So, prayers welcome, and we'll be fasting November 1st if you'd like to join. Love you all and thanks for sticking with us through the longest, most jarring, most exciting, most exhausting, most miraculous roller coaster ever.
