Abigail Kathleen is growing up! I feel like the first couple months went rather slow but the last couple have FLOWN. I'll never get used to how quickly time goes.

So, my Abby girl is center of attention around here and she loves it. She's got smiles for everyone and is starting to giggle a little more freely, though she saves her best giggles for daddy and Ella. 

Abby is discovering her voice more and more everyday which is both adorable and heartbreaking. Adorable when she is talking. Sad when she is, well, sad. She is no longer the quiet baby she was. Still, she's a good baby. She only cries if there is a good reason (hunger, boredom etc.) She's a happy little thing and certainly makes mommin' easy (for now at least.)

Things we have learned about Abs in the past month.

*She does NOT like to sit. She wants to be laying down or standing. If we try to sit her down in her bumbo she arches her back. If we lay her down in her basinet thingy, she straightens her legs so she's essentially standing while laying down. We're gunna have to start buckling the girl. 

*She loves Andrew's beard. She just likes playing with it.

*She is very ticklish and we get the best giggles by tickling her right thigh or armpits.

*She loves crinkly toys best.

*She loves being naked.

*She loves relaxing in the tub, but doesn't love splashing...yet.

In her development she is:

*rolling from front to back.

*pushing up on her arms.

*has found her feet.

*smiles, giggles, and jabbers

*sleeps through the night

*eats some cereal but still isn't sure how she feels about it.

I have almost this exact picture with Ella. Same jammies, same head tilt, same snuggle buddy.

If that doesn't make you melt you might be a robot.

She wakes up so happy!

We went to the planetarium and she was fascinated by everything. 

I'm just so lucky!
