I've joined a whole new world and am meeting some wonderfully strong women. They refer to themselves as "heart moms." In honor of Congenital Heart Defect Awareness week/month, one of the mothers has been making these darling pictures. This is what she made for little Olivia. Isn't it darling? And just in time for Valentines!
