SO MANY TEARS! This summer has been a rough one for Olivia. I don't know what exactly is going on with her but everything sets her off. She's not a tantrum thrower (never really has been) but everything breaks her heart! EVERYTHING! We say she has to finish her dinner before she has dessert (not a new rule) and she does that cry that says "My heart is broken into a thousand pieces." We laugh at a witty comment of hers (which you'd think would just make her proud of herself) and she goes to pieces. And of course, ANY sort of scuffle with Ella ends in tears. And she's usually the one who instigated! OI! I'm getting a little exhausted. She has even thrown a couple tantrums in there too which is new territory for her. They don't last as long (thank heavens she's not as stubborn as Ella. That girl could go for hours!) but they are frustrating. She's been hitting, kicking, biting, and pushing. She's been sassing off and being lazy and just making life hard. Basically, since she never really did much in the way of the terrible two's or the threenager stage she's hittin it hard now. I'm hoping school will help her past it because nothing we're doing around here seems to be helping.
