Awesome Chica

"Mommy, I can say a spanish word!  Amigos!"  So she has graduated from gibberish to actual spanish.  So proud.
Ella has had a very impressive and busy month!  It has been a proud mommy month when it comes to that girly.  Drum roll please!  Ella is quitting thumb-sucking!  We're using the nasty nail polish and she is doing so well.  She has gone from hating the polish and crying herself to sleep to asking for the polish so she won't.  Seriously so proud!  I never expected that Ella would do so great with quitting.
Ella has learned how to open child proof knobs (forgot in Liv's entry that Livie now opens doors.  Yikes!)  She has learned quite a lot.  She's doing wonderfully with learning letters and numbers (finally) and has graduated from just writing her name to writing Olivia's and any other name we help her spell.
Ella is super anxious for summer.  Each sunny day she asks if it's warm enough to swim.  When it's not she still ends up playing outside for a good portion of the day.  She has been preparing the garden for us, riding her bike, play hopscotch, tag, sidewalk chalk.  She is also getting ready for Easter.
Ella was lucky enough to inherit a bunch of my old jewelry and has since been playing dress up like a maniac.  She always asks to wear my heels and will don her new jewelry and tromp around the house.
Ella has some new favorites.  My Little Ponies being the biggest.  Netflix has created an addict.  She has also found a new favorite movie, Jumanji.  She was scared at first and then decided it was awesome.  She also has graduated from wanting Panda Express all the time to wanting quesadilla's from Costa Vida.
Ella is still my little planner.  Currently, she is planning our new house.  She knows mommy and daddy are trying to figure out a new place for us whether it's building or buying, we're not sure but Ella is so incredibly excited.  We are too.  If we can ever decide what we wanna do.

Ella genetics are kicking in hard core unfortunately.  My poor baby girl has come down with a bad case of camera shy.  Sadly, it runs rampant in the Turley family.  At least she smiles in what few pictures I do manage to get of her.  This just means that unfortunately for you, my loyal readers, I only have a couple new pictures of her.  Little stinker.
