16 months

She's walking!  You hear that?  She's WALKING!  Apparently all she needed was a little competitive push from her cousin.  She finally decided that walking was the cool thing to do.  The way she's walking I know for certain that if she had wanted to she would have a while ago but she is now and that's enough for me.
So, Olivia is now walking and trying to talk more.  Sort of.  She seems to be a bit of a perfectionist and doesn't say much until she knows she can say it perfectly.  She used to say "tat-ter" for cracker for about a week.  Then she stopped altogether.  At least until recently.  Now when she says cracker or cookie it's "kkkk"  She may have dropped the rest of the word but I'm pretty impressed that she's getting the "K" sound that most kids have a hard time with.  She's added belly button to her vocab and says "eye" constantly.  She loves pointing out EVERYONE's eyes.  Andrew's current pillow case has animals on it and she loves grabbing it and picking out all the eyes.
Olivia has had a big month and is suffering a bit from it.  Her sleep has been a little off lately but we're getting back into the swing of things.  The tricky party is her being a spoiled girl is making it a slow process.
Olivia has gotten quite good at folding her arms but like most little ones she doesn't last for the whole prayer.  What we do to keep her from banging her fork on her plate we'll take her plate away.  Of course, the girl wants to eat to while we're all praying she'll take her fork and try to snatch food off her plate.  Sometimes she can reach.  When she does, she'll take her bite and then fold her arms again.  Sneaky little thing.
Olivia has found a new favorite toy.  If she finds a buckle it will keep her occupied for quite a while.  She's gotten good enough with them now that she prefers us close by so we can unbuckle for her.
Olivia is getting quite good at brushing her teeth too.  And likes to pretend to brush as well.  She found a tiny scrub brush and a little tub of something not toothpaste and pretended to squeeze out toothpaste and brush for a good 20 minutes.  She also likes to brush and wash her hair, use crayons for lipstick and paintbrushes for painting toenails.  All for pretend.
This girl has so much sass and knows she's spoiled.  Sometimes it's frustrating but she is the best snuggler and sometimes her clingyness is just awesome.  Just don't judge when you come over and the house is a mess.

This is her "brushing her teeth"  Squeezing toothpaste onto her little brush.
 First pigtails.
She kept taking clips over to daddy and making him put them in her hair.
She dressed herself as a witch.  Didn't want to give up her fun stuff for dinner either.
