Back to the fun stuff! This last weekend I participate in USU's Classic's programs Ludi Romani. I am officially a Classic's nerd. The Ludi Romani is a Roman holiday. I don't know details about it but we celebrated by playing a human-sized game of risk. We each picked a character. I and my latin friends were Matronae or noble women. Other characters included senators, generals, kings/queens, and of course all the professors were gods. And everyone wore togas or some sort of costume fitting their character. We were lovely.
All in all my team lost but my lating professor now loves me. She played Juno and as such she was in charge of marriages/divorces. The noble women got to marry senators or generals. So naturally I got married. Then I found out he was on the opposing team and divorced him (I was the only person to get divorced in the game). Now Dr. T. loves me. Go me!
