10 Months!

Wow! Two more months and I'll have a one year old! Kinda freaks me out! Well, Ella is cuter than ever. She's jabbering more and more and exploring new sounds. She now says "Whoa" and occasionally "hi." She learned what eyes were awhile ago but now knows what a bellybutton is. She thinks it's funny sticking her fingers in mine. Ella's now cruising along furniture and will stand on her own until she realizes she is. Then she panics and promptly plops down on her bum. What a silly girl. Ella also is learning to love music of all kinds. She loves to dance to AC/DC and loves to sing in church as well as conduct during the musical numbers. She's so cute! She still loves most everyone and is such a good girl.

In other news, we were able to go visit my family this past weekend. It was the Highland fling so we went to the parade which was pretty short and lame. Andrew said it was pretty much a Lone Peak parade. BOO! But my high school marching band was in it and were superb as usual. Ella thoroughly enjoyed the music in the parade especially the bagpipes. Later we had a bbq with my brother's family and some of their friends and Andrews old friend Jake and his wife and baby. And then we watched fireworks from the backyard. That is how you should always watch fireworks! Right above you in your own backyard. Needless to say it was super loud but Ella handled it quite well. She loved them! It was an awesome weekend!
