Bear Lake

I forgot to write about my weekend get-away with Andrew so here it is.

As you all know it's been a heck of a semester for me. (I've officially passed all my classes and haven't gotten anything lower than a B. A miracle I continually thank the Lord for.) Andrew felt bad for me, and himself as well for having to put up with me. I was having stomach and headaches all the time because of how busy I was and poor Andrew was the one who had to deal with me in all my ornery glory. He had to keep pooring hot chocolate down my throat since that was the only thing that seemed to calm me down. (Yay chocolate!) So, that beautiful man talked to his father and booked a condo in bear lake for us the weekend after finals. So these places are amazing! Two bedroom, full kitchen complete with dishwasher, fireplace, king-sized bed, and jacuzzi tub. And to top it off Andrew sneakily brought some pirouettes and martinelli's, two of my most favorite things. It was amazing. I finally got to use my bubble bath from my bachelorette party for the second time. In the jacuzzi tub with the jets going I got a hollywood bubble bath where everything was covered. Andrew and I just sat in there for a long time relaxing and of course we gave ourselves beards just to be festive. Unfortunately he wouldnt' let me take a picture. Afterwards we sat in front of the fireplace and watched Mamma Mia. The fact that I actually got him to watch that with me shows how bad he felt for me. haha Then when we were tired we went to bed in our ginormous king-size. When we woke up we were on complete opposites of the bed. I think we're so used to our dinky little double we're just used to sleep on the edges. And to top the whole trip off when we woke up it had dumped a few inches of snow! (The real first of the year.) Needless to say the trip home that day was slow due to snowy roads but it was gorgeous.
